This has been a real roller coaster of a week! First another heat wave, then we get whacked by bunch of nasty thunderstorms and a couple of tornadoes! We never used to have weather like this...now, we've had two outbreaks of EF-1 tornadoes, in the last month!!! What's up with that??!!

Finally, all of her lies and back-stabbing have caught up with her. Jacquelyn Velvets is the target of a little revenge, from someone she's jerked around, once too often!

The amazing JJ Plush returns to find out just how dangerous working for a ruthless company can be, when she's competing for a big promotion, with a couple of cut-throat co-workers who try to put her out of the running!!

As I told you in last Saturday's Notebook, there would be some big changes, at the Agenda...and, this week, unfortunately, they're here.

Here's a bit of a re-hash of what I told would have to happen, last update.
The links to the Video Store, Video Theater, Video Gallery and Photo CD's have been temporarily disabled, until compliance statements can be added to the clips, videos and photo CD's. I have also removed the copies of the magazine covers posted, for sale, in the Magazines section. You'll also notice that some of the banner links have been replaced with text links. Since I don't have releases for the models, used by the site on their links banners, they have to come down.

This new regulation will effect every website that contains adult related material, of any sort, and mandates stricter record keeping of all models used in photographic and video content. The biggest impact will be on the older content on the site. Some information cannot be updated, because some models are no longer in the business, some work was done with other producers and they hold the documentation, foreign models without proper work visas or, unfortunately in the case of Haven Lee,
are no longer with us. Whatever the case, I need to make sure the site is in compliance, thus the missing content.

I apologize for any inconvenience this my cause you, but the alternative is to close up shop. I hope you all understand and I'll be sure to let you know, as content and services come back on line and as new content is released.

Attention Visitors and Members - Due to current laws that are going into effect on June 23, 2005 which adversely effect ALL adult websites and the way in which they keep their records for all models and persons appearing on a website that features sexually explicit content, including sado-masochist depictions (i.e., bondage), thehiddenagenda.com has had to reduce the amount of content it has online while we complete the new requirements for record keeping as set forth in Title 18, USC 2257. As we are able to back-track and comply to meet the new requirements, we will be re-adding video clips and other content that has had to be removed due to time constraints in getting this website in compliance. We ask for your patience during this transition time while we get up to code with the new laws.

Regular updates will still continue weekly!!! The new law and regulations primarily effect previously posted content more than it does current content being posted to the site as we go forward with the new record keeping requirements. Our struggle is going backwards to get old content in line with the new laws we must comply with on the 23rd of June.

What Is USC 2257? It is the new law that states that every producer and secondary producer that puts out anything with "adult" content must have complete records on all their models that date back all the way to 1995! More than that, they have to be kept in a specific order, cross-indexed a specific way, and have very specific information. And deviation, even something as minor as a type-o in a models stage name can mean prison time. The set penalties by law are extremely hefty for any offense an inspector may find - 5 years/$10,000.00 for the first offense and 10 years for every additional offense found.
